Step 11

Step 11:So here it is graphically! Just cross the pink bead labelled with the green dot (the last bead added) with both ends of the fishing line. The pink bead marked by a purple dot will become important in the next step, when we string the end of the fishing line depicted by a black arrow through it and another bead.

Step 12

Step 12:Now flip the model of the cat's head on its side. I've left all the labelling dots in the picture so you can orient yourself with the picture to see where we are looking at. Can you see the blue nose and the ear sticking up? The reason we flip the pattern on its side is to reveal the orange bead marked by a purple dot. If you'll notice, it wasn't visible in the previous picture. So, take the end of the fishing line depicted by a black arrow and string it through both beads labelled with purple dots (the pink one and the orange one). To the other end of the fishing line (depicted by a red arrow), add two new orange beads to the pattern. The second orange bead added is labelled with a blue dot because we will be crossing that one with the other end of the fishing line in the next step.

Step 13

Step 13:Although it doesn't look like it, this is the same view of the cat pattern (the side view). But in this picture, you can see the pattern taking shape (you can decipher the cat's head). All we did was cross that last orange bead added! So basically string the end of the fishing line depicted by a black arrow through the last orange bead added (the one labelled with a blue dot). Now you've formed a circle of 5 beads, and this is the side of the cat's head. I've left all the other dots in the picture so you can orient yourself with respect to the previous step. Now, the orange bead labelled with the turquoise dot (beside the orange bead labelled with a blue dot) will become important in the next step.

Step 14

Step 14:Again it's hard to tell that this is the same view as the last step, but it is. I've left all the same dots in place for you to orient yourself. You can still see where the ear and the eye are. You can see that circle of 5 beads that you just formed in the previous step. What you should be looking at now is that orange bead labelled with a turquoise dot. Take the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow and string it through this bead. On the other end of the fishing line, add 1 orange bead, then 1 yellow bead, then 1 more orange bead. The yellow bead is going to be part of the cat's collar. The last orange bead added is labelled with a yellow dot because it is the one that will be crossed in the next step. I hope all this is starting to become a bit routine to you now!

Step 15

Step 15:In this picture, I was careful to show you both of the two circles of beads that you have recently formed. You can still see the one with the green, purple, and blue dots which you made a couple of steps ago. Now you are forming another circle of 5 beads underneath it. Basically, just take the end of the fishing line depicted by the red arrow and string it through the orange bead marked by a yellow dot, that was just added in the previous step. Do you see the side of the cat's head coming together? Now that orange bead labelled with a pink dot will become important in the next step.
